User Instructions:
1. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations could seriously reduce the effectiveness of this mask and could lead to
illness, injury or death.
2. A properly selected mask is essential, before occupational use, the wearer must be trained by the employer in the correct
use of the mask in accordance with applicable safety and health standards.
3. This mask does not supply oxygen. Use it in adequately ventilated and where containing sufficient oxygen to support life.
4. Discard the mask and replace with a new one if:
a) Excessive clogging of the mask causes breathing difficulty. b) The mask become damaged.
5. Leave the contaminated area if dizziness, irritation or other distress occurs.
Warning and Limitations:
1. Do not use this mask or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstance:
a) Atmosphere contains less than 19.5% oxygen.
b) If you smell or taste contaminant.
c) For protection against gases or vapors.
d) Contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health.
e) For sandblasting, paint-spray operations and asbestos.
f) In explosive atmospheres.
2. Do not modify or mis-use the mask.
3. Do not use the mask with facial hair or any other conditions that may prevent a good face-seal, the requirements for
face-seal will not be achieved.
4. Change the mask if a proper face seal cannot be achieved.
5. Change the mask immediately if breathing becomes difficult or mask becomes damaged or distorted.
6. This mask helps protect against certain particulate contaminants but does not eliminate exposure to out the risk of
contracting disease or infection. Misuse may result to sickness or death.
7. This mask marked "NR", shall not be used for more than one shift.
Fitting Instruction:
1. Place fingers along the mask and ear loop while keep the nose clip on top. Gently open the mask and nose clip to keep
the mask in almost full open form.
2. Place the mask in position to completely cover the nose and mouth.
3. Pull both ear loops behind the head and fasten both sides onto the retaining clip as shown in Fig. 1d.
4. As shown in Fig. 2, users can choose the appropriate methods to adjust the tightness of the ear loop by attaching to
different position on the clip.
5. Gently adjust the nose clip to keep it tightly against the face.
6. Cover the front of the mask with both hands to perform seal check as shown in Fig 1f. Please see Seal Check section for
detailed instructions.

Seal Check:
1. Cover the front of the mask with both hands (Fig. 1f) and exhale sharply. Be careful not to disturb the fit of the mask.
2. If air leaks around nose, re-adjust the nose clip to eliminate leakage. Repeat the above seal check.
3. If air leaks at the mask edges, work the straps back along the sides of the head to eliminate leakage. Repeat the above
seal check.
